Stephen Ward

Mr. Ward has overall responsibility for AcuCall’s vision, strategic direction and operations. His expertise includes over twenty years of successful global business. He’s been directly involved in the design, manufacturing and marketing of business-to-business computer-technology-based solutions for over 18 years. Prior to AcuCall Mr. Ward served as CEO of two early stage Telephony and CRM software company’s, Unovox and Voicesoft and as President of Egghead Software’s global solutions group, acquired by Amazon.com. He began his career working for Sandy Weill at the Investment Banking Group of Shearson Lehmann Bros. Mr. Ward holds bachelor’s degrees in Business and in Economics from the University of Washington.

Keith Bennett
Vice President Sales, US and Latin Markets

Keith is responsible for AcuCall sales in US and Latin Markets.  He brings 20-years of experience selling hosted/premise enterprise contact center solutions such IVR, Dialer, ACD, PBX, WFM, network and telco. Vertical expertise includes BPO, Healthcare, Financial, Collections, Retail, Insurance, Education and Utilities. Keith received a BA from the University of Georgia/Ibero Americana Mexico and is fluent in Spanish. Cesar Defillo
Chief Client Officer, Global Markets

Cesar is responsible for AcuCall sales in US and Latin Markets and has primary oversight for all customer concerns and satisfaction.  He brings over 20-years of experience selling and supporting hosted/premise enterprise contact center solutions and managing customer expectations.  Cesar’s distinguished academic career serves as the foundation for the unrivaled customer experience he directs.  Cesar was a Rhodes Scholar recipient for his post graduate work at Oxford University and is one of 6 Fields Medal recipients at Stanford University.  Cesar hold multiple degrees including a Doctorate in Mathematics from Stanford.  Cesar is fluent in English, Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, French, Italian, Russian, Mandarin Chinese, Hindi and Swahili.

Raphael Egiazarian
Chief Technology Officer

Raphael has over 15 years of development and architecture experience in cross-platform client-server enterprise level applications. His areas of expertise involve banking, supply chain management, healthcare and financial services, all with a focus on contact center solutions. These solutions include development and support of sophisticated retail banking systems, highly available 24/7/365 production/warehouse management systems, mortgage systems and call center systems. Raphael applies best software development practices and processes and common technologies and platforms. Previously he held senior development roles at Star Software, Gazbank, Solvo and other software companies. He holds a Master of Science from St Petersburg State Technical University.

Kurtis Goodridge
Chief Information Officer
Kurt is responsible for the overall management of AcuCall’s Cloud, Networking and Telecommunications infrastructure and the design and implementation of the company’s future critical infrastructure plans.  Kurt has been involved in the IT industry for more than 20 years.  Kurt spent 8 years focused on the Call Center industry with CallTech Communications and after its merger with Teleperformance USA, as IT manager.  Kurt continued in the industry for 10 years, building, managing and maintaining Datacenters for Colo@, a Total Server Solutions company.  Kurt holds degrees in Electro Mechanical Engineering from SUNY College and Military Science from St. Bonaventure University.
