Stephen Ward
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Ward has overall responsibility for AcuCall’s vision, strategic direction and operations. His expertise includes over twenty years of successful global business. He’s been directly involved in the design, manufacturing and marketing of business-to-business computer-technology-based solutions for over 18 years. Prior to AcuCall Mr. Ward served as CEO of two early stage Telephony and CRM software company’s, Unovox and Voicesoft and as President of Egghead Software’s global solutions group, acquired by Amazon.com. He began his career working for Sandy Weill at the Investment Banking Group of Shearson Lehmann Bros. Mr. Ward holds bachelor’s degrees in Business and in Economics from the University of Washington.

Michael Bateman
Mike has over 40 years of experience at high technology companies. He is Chairman of Nsite, Boniva Software, Metrics Corporation and eBoomerang; and on the board of Vocent Solutions and Tentoe. He was Chairman, President & COO of Blue Pumpkin Software. At Tandem Computers for 20 years, he served as Vice President of Corporate Development, Vice President of Third-Party Marketing and Vice President & General Manager of the Central Division. Prior to Tandem, Mike was Chairman and President of International Data Sciences Corporation, Manager at Arthur Andersen & Co., Sales Manager at ADL Systems, a subsidiary of Arthur D. Little and Sales Representative at Honeywell EDP. He is a board member of the Silicon Valley Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth, a member of the Band of Angels and a Horizon Ventures and Selby Venture Partners Limited Partner.

Pat Howard
Mr. Howard has been involved with management for more than 10 years in both an advisory and investor role. He’s been involved in the computer and telephony business for over 30 years. Mr. Howard recently retired as CEO of Lucent-SoundLogic CTI, an acquisition of Lucent Technologies that he directed. Prior to this he was CEO of Mosaix, a NASDAQ company, also acquired by Lucent Technologies. Mr. Howard began advancing his career as CEO of Opcom, and continued at VMX, following acquisition.
